Why am I here?

If we listen long enough and ask enough times we start to find out our life purpose, our calling. I have a windy journey that has brought me to this place; to these offerings. It is only in looking back that these seemingly random experiences and passions start to make sense. My love of singing from 3 years old on re-awaked me to the joy of sound healing now. My strange work from fishing canneries in Alaska and Peace Corps Volunteer in Micronesia to Research Coordinator at UW prepared me to work with people from all walks of life. My constant injuries in rowing and climbing brought me into the need for more body awareness and healing. The hurts of life that made me raw and an insightful sister brought me to Reiki. My growing up loving to play in the dirt and collecting rocks, flowers, shells, and bones, (pretty much anything from the outdoors) has blossomed into an absolute adoration and love for nature. And yes I still collect pretty rocks and shells! The seeming "random" events that some would take no notice of became my life calling. It's funny how life works. I think this all winds together for me to help me and others remember to play and find our joy within to be able to connect back to ourselves. That's why I'm here. To connect back in, because there is nowhere I'd rather be. Come join me
